BENDING AND PRESS BRAKING

We bend your sheet material to the required angle by placing it between two dies in a press brake. The upper die presses the sheet against the V-shaped lower die. This bends the sheet and creates a 3D product. VDL Industrial Modules specialises in bending and forming stainless steel and aluminium sheet metal up to 5 mm thick. We do this for OEMs in Hightech, Mobility, Energy, Infratech and Foodtech.

With bending and folding, we can bend sheet metal very accurately to the required angle. Because the 3D sheet metal consists of one piece, less welding is needed. Bending and folding also provide a neat finish, so no further processing is required.
